Preparation is always key in easy cooking, to me that's the best part of fresh food. Some of us have more time then others to create in the kitchen. But the whole goal here is to show you how easy it is to make amazing foods, that are good for you.
There are actually three different recipes that can but don't need to be used for this dish. If you don't like coleslaw then you will only be using the buffalo cauliflower recipe.
Make sure to use the type of buffalo sauce that you can tolerate. We tend to go on the hot side, but if you want mild, then go for it!!!!
Don't forget your corn tortillas. And remember the less ingredients the better.
If you would like more sauciness you can always add more sauce 😘😛
Best to let this sit for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors merge together. For ease use food processor to chop cabbage and carrots
I love creating in the kitchen. One of the most creative ways I go about it is to just look around the kitchen and see what I have. This is on bread that I wouldn't normally have around but it was leftover from a party so I decided to get creative with it. Use it with any type of bread you like, especially homemade bread. 😛😘
Dijon Sauce (simply mix with a fork):
Couldn't get any easier. Simply add all of your ingredients in the vitamix or any high powered blender and blend. If you would like it thinner simply add more water.
I toasted the bread, spread the dip and then placed arugula and red onion along with the dijon sauce and buffalo sauce (to spice it up), but you can add any toppings that you like.
We are in the final stretches of the year!!!! Can you believe it!!!!! So it's time to turn up burning of calories and do this 22 minute HIIT Jump Rope Challenge. This one is all cardio to tap into some of that fat burning we need at this time of the year.
Jumping rope actually burns about 13 calories a minute. Ten minutes of jumping rope can roughly be considered the equivalent of running an eight-minute mile.” And since you are doing it HIIT style you are going to continue to burn calories long after you are finished.
9 Benefits of Jumping Rope You Probably Don't Know
I would recommend that you add this to your weekly workout at least 2-3 times per week, but you can do it daily if you want to, it's up to your level, just make sure you are challenging yourself.
The only equipment you are going to need is a HIIT timer that you can install on your smartphone and a jump rope.
NOT GET IT!!!!!!
If you feel at any time it's getting too easy then move it up sooner.
Also if any of the moves seem too intense like the one legged jump then you can choose a different type of move, just as long as it is still a challenge. You can also just jump on the other leg a few times and then get right back into the leg you are focused on. 😛😘
All you have to do is put all of this in your high powered blender and mix till blended.
Store in a air tight container till use.
We actually used this for a simple corn tortilla dinner.
