The idea is to eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can and make as much of it raw as possible and that includes the fatty fruits like avocado. Nature has provided us with an abundance of nutrition that does not need to come in the form of a pill or capsule. In my own humble opinion man can never replace what nature has provided to us.
A great way to incorporate this incredible fruit into your diet:
Add it to your smoothie. From my experience you will not taste the avocado but it does make the smoothie very creamy. One of the first foods I fed my son was avocado, then I added banana to it.
Another way to enjoy avocados are as a facial mask just mash it up and smear it on your face for about 10-20 minutes and rinse off with warm or cold water. It will leave your skin feeling incredibly smooth.
You can also put avocado in your hair to add shine. You would place it in your wet hair and leave on for 10 - 60 minutes. It will take some time to remove depending upon how much hair you have, just keep rinsing until it is completely removed.
