Here is the first of many challenge posts that will be coming to you in the future. This is a great form of a work out due to it's efficient effectiveness. You are going to be able to choose the time as well as the amount of rounds that you do. If you are new this this style of working out it will be a challenge and you should consult your doctor to make sure that it is appropriate for you . It is a high intensity style program so you need to tune into your body and learn how to pace yourself and your efforts.
