I know you might look at her and say wow I wish I could look like that. Please realize that this is her profession and what she has chosen to do with her life. One does not have to compare themselves to others we just have to know that we are doing what is best for us and to give this workout your all and to challenge yourself. This is not a competition, this is about making a CONSISTENT choice to do something 3 - 6 days a week that you know is good for you and if you choose the right foods in combination it will make a tremendous difference in your life.
