So what a great way to end the week with awesome yoga poses and balance. For this workout you will need your online timer and if you have one a bosu. If you don't have one it's ok it just makes it more of a challenge. I don't personally have one but I do have a rebounder so I used that for each bosu move as my replacement. If you don't have either that is still ok sometimes it can be hard to balance just on one knee. For the last move you can use a small item that you can step over. I have actually used a portable file cabinet before, whatever works without you compromising form and something that is not unstable.
