Oats are highly absorptive, hypoallergenic, and help to soften skin. It has the best amino acid balance of all of the cereal grains (amino acids work as water-binding agents in skin care products). Oats have also been clinically shown to help heal dry, itchy skin.
Rosemary is know for its cell regenerating and antiseptic properties.
What is needed:
Blend together in coffee grinder and place in a dry container (I always prefer glass). When ready to use just sprinkle some into your hand and mix it with pure water from your shower or bath. You can either wash it right off or you can use it as a mask.
This takes the dirt off great. Fair warning though it may burn a little bit if you have any scratches or blemishes on your skin so be aware. And please make sure that you dilute it with water, it is too acidic otherwise.
I personally only apply it once a week. But it depends upon what your skin type is.
Lemon works as a moderate to strong astringent and disinfectant and as a mild bleach, benefiting unbalanced, blotchy, oily, and acneic skin and helps to restore natural skin pH.
