The best way to cook your beans is in a crockpot overnight. I put it on auto-shift (mine is 19 years old). You could also put them on in the morning on high but you have to make sure you put in enough water for this to work if you are leaving for the day. I add enough water to to have about three- four inches of water over the beans.
The best thing about this type of salad is that all of your sauces become your salad dressing. They are also items that you can use for other dishes or just dip them with some veggies or crackers.

Although this is a raw recipe if you do not have a dehydrator you could still put these in the oven at the lowest temperature and get some great tasting high nutrient rich chips. If I want to buy these chips in the store I would have to pay about $6.00 for a very small bag. That can get very pricey if you have a large family who all likes the taste.
