I am such a cacao fanatic that I had to find ways to include it in my daily schedule. The great thing about cacao is that this is raw chocolate and it is the only ingredient in the bag. There is a reason they call it a superfood. It is rich in magnesium, chromium, vanadium, iron, manganese, antioxidants, PEA, anandamide, soluble fiber and theobromine.
I actually prefer to use almond butter to peanut butter, for me I find that it tastes better. It is more expensive though so I understand if you use the peanut butter instead. I get mine from Costco which at the time of this writing it costs $11 for two containers.
