This by far has become one of my favorite meals. And it's good in the winter or the summer. It is also one of the easiest recipes because I cook it using my pressure cooker, and therefore it takes very little time to complete.
The fresh herbs that are added to it just take it to a new place that some might not be used to experiencing but it is well worth adding to the dish.
I also like to serve mine with some toasted bread cut into cubes, and a little fresh jalapeno
I use a Ninja Pressure Cooker because it has all the features that I like.
