If you are looking for a healthier alternative to chips or crackers then flaxmeal crackers are for you.
This is one simple recipe and what's great about it is that a little goes a long way.
Preheat oven to 300
In Vitamix blend:
Once you have mixed the liquids add to 2 cups of flaxseed meal (you can get huge bags from Costco or Sams)
Spread the mix on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. You will need to do this because you will be flipping it over and this makes it so much easier to do so. B
Bake for about 30 minutes or until you feel it getting hard on the top.
Take it out of the oven and cut into squares. I like to use a pizza cutter. At this point you will also remove the parchment paper and then place it back in the oven for at least another 15 minutes or until cooked on 2nd side.
