Preparation is always key in easy cooking, to me that's the best part of fresh food. Some of us have more time then others to create in the kitchen. But the whole goal here is to show you how easy it is to make amazing foods, that are good for you.
There are actually three different recipes that can but don't need to be used for this dish. If you don't like coleslaw then you will only be using the buffalo cauliflower recipe.
Make sure to use the type of buffalo sauce that you can tolerate. We tend to go on the hot side, but if you want mild, then go for it!!!!
