This is Chris born and raised in NOLA where food is all around you and it can be very challenging to say the least. New Orleans a place with pralines, snowballs, po-boys, muffalettas, gumbo, meat at most meals, beignets, fried everything including coke, seafood and butter are in your meal. He decided to make a change to his daily food intake and this is what he had to say:
"I've cut out sugar and have increased the plant based diet with scaled back carbs. Blood sugars are coming down, blood pressure is great. I'm OFF my cholesterol medication! Working out at least 3 times a week. When I started my plant based diet and exercise in Oct 2014, I weighed 165 lbs and now I'm at 159 lbs. Energy level is thru the roof. Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I'm taking the Diabetes and reversing the negative affects!" - Chris P.
Now 6 pounds might not seem like a big deal to most people because we are looking for chiseled and toned bodies without the consistent effort that that type of physique requires. But pay attention to his other information. Off of cholesterol medication!!!! That is a pretty big issue and this is just in a very short period of time. If Chris sticks to eating more vegetables and fruits and other high fiber foods he will more than like continue to see more amazing results.
