I also add a cream base at the very end. I happened to have it in the fridge from a zucchini ravioli recipe that I made and so I thought it might taste good, and of course it did so I just use it every time.
1 cup boiled potato , about 1 medium sized potato, 4 inches long

3/4 cup raw cashews , soaked overnight if not using high speed blender
