The ultimate all time most efficient and perfect upper body exercise - The Push Up is also one of the most feared among women for various reasons. Whether it be that you don't want to look too masculine - or not wanting to loose your breast size neither one of those will occur. In order for a woman to look masculine one would have to add massive weights to the equation or have a high level of testosterone. We are just talking about body strength and functional fitness. Breast size is most directly related to the amount of fat, or adipose tissue, present beneath the skin. The pectoral muscles of your chest which lie under your breast tissues, do not contribute to breast size.
It is stated women exhibited about 40 percent less upper-body strength than their male counterpart. So with this challenge you can definitely change that.
The way the challenge works is based on age and amount of push ups completed. You have 2 minutes to complete the task. So the ladies that are in the older range - don't worry you don't have to keep up with the 20 year olds (thank goodness)!!! So there is NO competition it's just working for the 30 days to see if you can reach the 100% score for your age group.
I recommend that you allow yourself 48 hours of time to recover before you make the next attempt, even if you are not sore. Just add this to one or two of your days in your week.
