Here are some amazingly simple vegetable wraps, not in wheat but in brown rice paper. A very light meal that is actually easier than you might think to make. They are best eaten fresh because once the paper dries it turns hard. So this is more of a healthy dinner idea.
Again this is a meal where if you wanted to put some meat into it you can I would say with this sauce it would work best with fish or shrimp. The sauce is the same sauce I would use for sushi.
