I have read many plant based and vegan books on how to eat, but this one is well researched and backed up by several experts and doctors. The weeks worth of recipes are tasty as well as healthy. I did not know that eating so healthy could taste so good. It is as if Missy Hernandez takes several different styles of strict diets and throws them all together to make a much more satisfying attempt at plant-based eating.
